Based on the Nestle recipe, of course… Yields about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
Preheat oven to 350F. Sorry. I live in America.
1/2 C unsalted butter (1 stick) softened
80 g white sugar
80 g brown sugar
150 g flour
3 g baking powder
3 g salt
1 egg
5 ml vanilla
170 g chocolate chips
55 g chopped nuts
Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla, mix until fully incorporated.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
I use a 2T scoop to measure out cookies, baking them on parchment (I’m lazy) for about 10 minutes, which varies by oven.
